The food and drinks at the restaurant were excellent; we both enjoyed our warm dishes, the bathroom was spacious and equipped with a living area, a safe box, and a writing table.

Room facilities were fantastic - clean, modern and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was beautiful and close to wineries and attractions. Delicious buffet breakfast. Would definitely return.

Fairly clean property with super friendly staff with a moody receptionist. Variety of various drinks, such as whiskies and beers in the bar. The pool area is good too.

The venue is comfy with extremely polite staff at the receptionist. the location is marvellous and beautiful, 1 mile from Moorebank Vineyard. - the hotel is in a really quiet area. - Broiler restaurant is nice for breakfast.

The hotel is clean and located in a nice building close to wineries, restaurants, and a golf course in the Hunter Valley. I had a beautiful room with amazing views of the valleys, a living room, lounge area, and a writing table. - the location is marvelous and incredible, situated in a quiet resort area. - the hotel's broiler restaurant offers a great breakfast option.

There are very few workers in the hotel. It takes long time to get any assistance after I call from the room. It is cold to walk to the restaurant for the dinner from the villa. It is not worthy to be a 5 star hotel. Disappointed.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic. Rooms and facilities were beautiful. Restaraunt food lovely and staff exceptional. The Day Spa was gorgeous and incredibly relaxing. We felt extremeley welcome at the Chateau Elan, we were very well looked after and relaxed. Highly recommended to all. All staff were a credit to the hospitality industry.

We enjoyed the day spa and amenities available, and the location is perfect for exploring the Hunter region. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
